Lower School Boarding at the Manor

Boarding is thriving at the Manor, a fabulous Victorian mansion set in 65 acres of grounds. Boarders are offered academic and pastoral support in a warm and friendly atmosphere. They enjoy first class facilities and a range of exciting weekend activities; Laser Quest in the Manor woods, cooking, arts and crafts, video nights, discos and visits to local attractions such as Wookey Hole Caves, Cadbury World and Thorpe Park.

The co-educational environment at the Manor allows boys and girls to form firm friendships, which they keep throughout their life at Dauntsey's and beyond.Third Form entrants are welcomed as senior pupils of the Lower School and their year boarding at the Manor in a co-educational environment allows them to develop friendships based on mutual repect and trust, before their move to Upper School Boarding and the start of their GCSE studies.

Undoubtedly, the Manor is a unique and special place for pupils to begin their boarding careers, and one which remains dear to all those who pass through it long after they have moved up to Upper School Boarding and beyond.
