Pupils are encouraged to develop an interest in, and an awareness of, the wider world around them by adopting an enquiry based approach to Geography.

  • Map and Atlas skills
  • Settlement Studies
  • Village Study of Market Lavington (including fieldwork)

 

Year 8

A comparative study is made of three countries (Brazil, Japan and Kenya) at different states of development.  Investigation into their key physical and human geography characteristics, supported by I.C.T., is undertaken.
