Hiking Hadrian's Wall

Sixth Form pupils, Becky Bull and Rachel Bradley, spent a week in August walking the 84 miles along Hadrian's Wall, from Wallsend to Bowness on Solway. It took them seven days to complete the hike, and in the process they raised approximately £1,300 for the Teenage Cancer Trust (the School's chosen charity last year). As part of their training, they completed a walk the previous summer, and their participation in the Ten Tors Challenge in May ensured they were fit and well prepared for this sponsored walk.
