On Friday 12th October, journalist, broadcaster, and former Conservative Party politician, Michael Portillo visited Dauntsey's to present his Mercers' Lecture - ‘ Life: A Game of Two Halves’. Covering his life in politics and his career after politics, Michael was charming and engaging and the large audience of over 500 enjoyed his fascinating lecture; full of amusing anecdotes and insights into his life.
