Art Trip to London
Art and Art History students enjoyed a day out in London last week visiting a number of galleries including the V&A, National Gallery and The Courtauld Gallery.
Lower Sixth pupils spent the morning drawing in the sculpture hall at the V&A whilst the Upper Sixth students searched the vast array of exhibition rooms for inspiration for their personal investigations.
One of the highlights of the day was lunch in the V&A’S William Morris room where we were joined by a group of last year’s A2 students who are studying at Central St Martins and Goldsmiths. This was a perfect opportunity for this year’s Upper Sixth to gain first hand advice and feedback on potential foundation and degree courses.
