American Dream
Fitz House Party

On Saturday 21st March, the boys in Fitzmaurice House once again rose to the challenge of hosting a memorable party. This year's theme was 'American Dream' and the Fitz boarders worked hard all week, transforming the common room into an American saloon style bar, complete with luminous billboards depicting iconic American images. Also gracing the dance floor and entrance were the Statue of Liberty, a Black Hawk helicopter, a UFO, a space rocket and a tepee. The revellers all made great efforts with their American-themed costumes: cowboys, cheerleaders, baseball players, rappers and even a Guantanamo bay prisoner danced the night away to the disco, and also to songs performed by the Fitz Resident House band.
