Young Enterprise Team 'Endeavour' receive Award at County Finals

Congratulations to this year's Young Enterprise team ('Endeavour') who attended the County final in Swindon on 19th May. They gave an excellent presentation and answered a range of challenging questions in front of over 150 people and five judges. Although they were not the team that was selected to attend the regional final, they won the rather prestigious award for 'Best Company Report'.

'Endeavour' has had a very successful year. They have made coasters in a range of different themes, from Christmas patterns to the very popular Mr Men designs. They have even made personalised coasters for some customers. Their T-shirts have also been very popular, producing designs to suit individual requirements and for a number of school trips too. They have sold their products at each parents' evening in school, at a Christmas fair in All Cannings and at the Young Enterprise trade fair in Swindon where they sold all their stock and received the award for 'Best Company'.

Before Easter 'Endeavour' took on another challenge, and diversified into entertainments, holding a 'Deal or No Deal' event in the memorial hall.
