All pupils will return to Dauntsey’s in September. We have made good use of the summer holiday period to make detailed preparations for the reopening and as the health, well-being and safety of our pupils and staff have been our key focus in these preparations.

The school routines are a little different but otherwise we expect school life to be as close to ‘normal’ as possible.  The boarding houses are open and the buses will run a full service for our day pupils.  The daily timetable has been adjusted, as we try to reduce movement around the site and enable lunch to be served in a way that complies with current government guidelines.

We have prepared a short video to explain some of the changes to the school day. Please see above.

Please see the attached letter from Public Health England giving clear guidance on when children should be tested for COVID-19

In the meantime, we are very sorry not to be able to welcome visitors to Dauntsey’s and hope that our virtual tour, videos and images on the website give a good indication of our wonderful grounds and facilities as well as the lively and friendly atmosphere for which Dauntsey’s is renowned.

If you are a parent and suspect that your child may have Covid-19, or has had a positive test result, please inform our Medical Centre team on 01380 814576. Many thanks.
