Covid-19

Since 20 March 2020, in accordance with government guidance, Dauntsey’s has been closed.

We have moved to an extensive online programme and lessons are delivered using the Microsoft programme, Teams. We are absolutely committed to providing the highest quality education for all our pupils, in as full a sense as we are able to provide it, given the circumstances.

We are very sorry not to be able to welcome visitors to Dauntsey’s and hope that our virtual tour, videos and images on the website give a good indication of our wonderful grounds and facilities as well as the lively and friendly atmosphere for which Dauntsey’s is renowned.

We are planning for our re-opening and, as always, the health, well-being and safety of our pupils will be our key focus.

We are developing arrangements to offer accommodation for boarders on site for exeats and half term holidays, and to provide access to quarantine arrangements at the start of term for those who need it.

Over the coming weeks, as Government advice is issued, we will publish a set of detailed guidelines on our re opening which will include social distancing measures, increased hygiene protocols, and regular health checks for staff and pupils through our on-site medical centre.

In the meantime, the Head Master and senior management team are hosting regular Q and A sessions for parents.

We hope that you and your families stay safe and healthy.
