Day Pupils at Dauntsey's

Each morning over 500 day pupils join our 300 boarders. Most day pupils travel to and from School by bus; with 15 buses arriving each morning from across the county (and beyond), six days a week.

Every pupil joins a day house, which are mixed in the Lower School and single sex from age 14-18. Their house provides pupils with a secure source of support and guidance in every aspect of life, as well as place to get together and have fun.

In all other aspects of school life, the day pupils and boarders are fully integrated. Boarders invariably make friends with local pupils, and equally day pupils benefit from the many events and opportunities on offer beyond the School day.

Day Pupils at Dauntsey's School

Everyone gets involved in sport, drama, adventure, music and clubs. Our pupils get to know each other better by participating in these joint areas of school life, cutting across year groups, houses and academic interests.
